I had a disappointing cut at another salon 4 days before my wedding. Emma and the team at reflections fitted me in straight away, were kind and lovely, completely understood my concerns with the first cut and immediately rectified it, my hair was perfect. Amazing result! Gee was so friendly and professional from start to finish. She offered me a drink upon arrival, made sure I was comfortable during the hair wash, and kept open communication throughout the appointment to ensure I got exactly the results I wanted.
